Repairs/Upgrades
Molspin will happily quote for repairs to equipment damaged in the field or through misuse. In some cases (as electronic components become unavailable over time), this may involve upgrades to the internal electronics of the equipment.
Equipment which fails due to manufacturing faults during the guarantee period will, of course, be rectified free of charge. Where possible, equipment failing outside the guarantee period will also be repaired free of charge but, where there has been an upgrade to the internals of the equipment, a contribution towards the cost of the upgrade may be requested. For all repairs outside the guarantee period, the cost of shipping may be requested.
Please do not send equipment back un-announced - it will not be accepted!
